tables/fetch_as_csv.php - Download one table as a Comma-Separated Values page

The CSV format may be opened into Microsoft MS-Excel.

If following features are enabled, this script will use them:

compression - using gzip
cache - supported through ETag and by setting Content-Length; Also, Cache-Control enables caching for some time, even through HTTPS

Permission to access the table is denied if the anchor is not viewable by this surfer.

Accept following invocations:

get_as_csv.php/12
get_as_csv.php?id=12

If the anchor for this item specifies a specific skin (option keyword 'skin_xyz'), or a specific variant (option keyword 'variant_xyz'), they are used instead default values.

This script is a reference file of this system.
