files/index.php - The index page for files

For a comprehensive description of files, you should check the database abstraction script at files/files.php.

This page list recent files to any surfer. Following restrictions apply:

anonymous users can see only active files (the 'active' field == 'Y')
members can see active and restricted files ('active field == 'Y' or 'R')
associates can see all files

Of course files are filtered in the displayed list depending on restriction level and surfer ability. Moreover, non-associates will only see files attached to public published non-expired articles.

The main menu has navigation links to browse files by page, for sites that have numerous files.

Files are displayed using the decorated layout.

The extra panel has following components:

A link to the rss feed for public files, as an extra box
The list of most popular files, if any, as an extra box
Top popular referrals, if any

Accept following invocations:

index.php (view the 20 top files)
index.php/2 (view files 41 to 60)
index.php?page=2 (view files 41 to 60)
